Pathways

 

Pathways is a bespoke education programme for KS4 students who need an intensive level of support to reengage with education and be supported towards the next stage in their education. This might be into a learning centre, or most likely supported towards post 16 provisions / apprenticeships.

 

The Focus is to

  • Support reengagement
  • Support positive mental health and wellbeing
  • Achieve qualifications in Maths and English
  • Receive PSHE education
  • Receive careers opportunities / advice and support
  • Improve self-esteem and resilience
  • Have opportunities to engage with arts / sports / hair & make up sessions
  • Identify any potential SEN needs
  • Identify potential barriers to learning and offer strategies to support reengagement with learning
